- Leidos, Inc. of Reston, VA with an award amount of $849,040, with an Option 1 for $838,371 and an Option 2 for $496,235
- Ceradyne, Inc. of Costa Mesa, CA with an award amount of $193,161, with an Option 1 for $297,328 and an Option 2 of $201,767
INVEST is investigating innovative approaches to modeling, advanced manufacturing, theory and design of components, and other focus areas that enable revolutionary advances in vacuum electron devices at millimeter wave (mm-wave) frequencies above 75 GHz.
