DARPA has announced the following awards for the Signal Processing at RF (SPAR) program, DARPA-BAA-16-20:
- Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation in Redondo Beach CA. The award amount is $2,864,588 for Phase 1, $2,267,640 for Phase 2, $2,378,817 for Phase 3, and $244,603 for Phase 3.
- University of California, Davis in Davis, CA. The award amount is $1,159,619 for Phase 1, $1,001,329 for Phase 2, and $1,025,460 for Phase 3.
The Signal Processing at RF (SPAR) technology aims to mitigate both self and externally generated interfering signals of known and unknown characteristics. The goal of SPAR is to demonstrate novel in-band signal interference mitigation technologies using analog signal processing techniques as well as novel chip-scale circulator approaches.
